NEW TO OUR SCHOOL? We welcome you and want to make your experience great!

We are always excited to see new faces in our school as we know the joy that dance can bring. Whether you are a parent of a toddler looking for a fun, engaging class, have an active 7 year old who wants a once a week program, or a competitive dancer looking for a change, we offer many different class options and always with a smile.

1. Where do we begin?

It is important right from the beginning that you are directed to the right program. We always strive to ensure that our dancers are placed in the best possible class for their age and level. Please review our class listings and if you are unsure about anything, don't hesitate to contact us. Our doors (and phone lines) are always open to answer any questions you may have. Trying a free class is always an option and if you would prefer that, please call to arrange the best time for your dancer.

2. What type of class should my child take?

Consider past experience when determining what class to take. For beginner dancers (or those with recreational experience), choosing a Preschool or Novice/Junior program for your age group is best. If you have a few years of dance history, it is best to contact us about placement. Being placed in the correct level is key in having a successful season. Trying a class is also a good idea to see what you may like. Please call us to arrange for a free trial class.

3. When are the dance classes held?

Our schedule for the fall is set by March and registration opens first to all current families. We offer classes during the day, evenings and Saturdays. Many of our programs fill up quickly and we encourage early registration. Our dance families enjoy knowing ahead of time what their schedules will be.

4. What is expected of me?

Image School of Dance offers a low stress environment. We do not get caught up in any dance drama and we ask that you just come in and enjoy watching your child dance. We offer open viewing windows so that every week is a watching week.

We ask that you register, arrive promptly for class (ample parking will help), and enjoy the dance season with little stress and loads of memories.

When you register, you will not be blind sided by any hidden fees. We are always up front and honest about everything and our receptionists are always ready to assist.

5. Is Image the right studio for me?

We would like to say yes, and encourage you to stop by to see for yourself! Visiting our school and meeting our staff will help to determine whether this is a good fit for you and your family.
